What you can expect:
- Team up with top-tier executives to chalk out and prioritize strategic business moves.
- Work with the CEO to drive strategic alignment across the organization; assists in strategy deployment – organizes, directs, and performs strategic analysis.
- Organize CEO’s office – responsible for orchestration of value creation framework.
- Inspects and guides teams/leaders engaged in the highest priority business process re-engineering efforts.
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.
- Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively; prepares and coordinates with ELT presentations, materials for the board, and employee communications.
- Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
- Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
- Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
- Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes.
- Presenting the CEO and other senior leaders with detailed strategic analysis as an input to strategy development and manages strategy deployment.
- Evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
- Managing highly confidential projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
- Leading initiatives like goal setting, leadership team meetings, and company all-hands
- Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in a business or management role; 3+ years’ experience of consulting and/or investing banking/PE experience
- Masters in business administration or similar field
- Proven track record of managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stake holders.
- Demonstrated success orchestrating and executing strategic initiatives in operational capacity.
- Meaningful and demonstrated history of operational efficiency and optimization.
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
- Exceptional project manager with extraordinary organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong command of modern technology (MS Office: Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
