Job Description
Staff4U, Inc is assisting with the direct placement of a mid-level highly qualified Chief of Staff to coordinate and manage essential activities and projects while ensuring all business functions and projects are efficient and productive. The ideal candidate will advise on projects and is the main organizer and planner of company initiatives and projects focusing on all details while maximizing opportunities to incorporate the vision of the organization, CEO, and/or project. As Chief of Staff, you will work with the CEO and other executives to improve organizational operations and processes. You must be creative and results-oriented, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and act as the central contact for all business communications.The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on interdepartmental collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Serve as a subject matter expert in the creation and implementation or enhancement of systems and processes that streamline operations.
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and ensure the performance of administrative tasks such as managing calendars and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Oversee the management of the CEO/President's calendar and prioritization of their time and schedule.
Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO/President.
Assist CEO/President by serving as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, ensuring problem resolution, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
Support CEO/President in meetings, speaking engagements, community engagements, and other activities/functions by taking notes, gathering marketing material, and assuming responsibility for completion of action items, as advised.
Establish standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the CEO/President.
Maintain accurate confidential files and data records.
Required education, skills, and experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred
5+years experience in a business leadership/management role with experience leading cross-functional teams
5+ years experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, including data analysis and budget management
Creative problem solver

Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports
