Responsibilities:
- Create and responsible for Client Accounting Services for 100 real estate teams across North America. You will be completing bookkeeping and financial reports for 100+ real estate teams each month.
- Build a team of bookkeepers that report directly to you.
- Meet with real estate clients once a month to review their books and financial reports.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Assist with financial report writing and analysis
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
- Assist with compliance activities related to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with journal entries and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Knowledge of public accounting practices is a plus
- Ability to write financial reports accurately and effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $58,650.00 - $166,333.00 per year
