Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent for Operations and Central Office receptionist
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to district administrators and department directors
- Greet visitors and answer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports and documents
- Mail distribution and filing
Salary based on education and experience.
