Job Summary:
The CDPAP Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the onboarding of all CDPAP Personal Assistants (PA’s) and is responsible for the overall maintenance of PA information and personnel files.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all duties associated with the onboarding process for CDPAP PA’s, including but not limited to, screening CDPAP PA’s in the Sex Offender Registry and Office of the Inspector General for history of offenses, facilitating orientations, completing all new hire paper work, assembling new hire files, and data entry of new hire files.
- Manage the verification of employment and paperwork for CDPAP PA needs on a timely basis. This includes Department of Social Services, housing paperwork, etc.
- Respond and provide assistance to CDPAP PA’s regarding inquiries or requests.
- Make recommendations to Human Resources Supervisor for improvement of the CDPAP department policies, procedures, and practices.
- Perform any other duties as required.

Pay: $19.50
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of human relations and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to relate to diverse and multi-cultural populations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assignments and responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Appearance is professional and complies with CCOR’s dress code.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
- Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after being offered employment and complete a health assessment annually, thereafter.
- Possess a current, valid New York State driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of CCOR's orientation program.
