Position
Overview:

The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring e a smooth and positive experience for new customers as they begin their journey with our company. You will be the first point of contact for clients after the sales process, guiding them through the onboarding process, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products or services.

Job
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and Orientation:
    • Greet new customers and provide a warm welcome.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce them to our products, services, and company policies.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

  • Documentation and Paperwork:
    • Assist customers in completing necessary onboarding documentation.
    • Ensure all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Training and Education:
    • Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on how to navigate the Net at Work Ecosystem effectively.
    • Provide guidance on best practices and tips for a successful customer experience.
    • Build onboarding roadmaps for clients coming to Net at Work from various sources.

  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns during the onboarding phase.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate teams if needed.

  • Relationship Building:
    • Foster positive relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
    • Proactively check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied and address any ongoing concerns with any department the customer may interact with from Net at Work.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Support Teams:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to onboarding.
    • Introduce and include Account Manager in strategic discussions to ensure a smooth long-term transition.
    • Work closely with customer support teams to address customer issues and coordinate solutions.

  • Feedback Collection:
    • Gather feedback from customers regarding their onboarding experience.
    • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
    • Generate reports on key onboarding metrics to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.


Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000. “Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or product specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws".
