Title: Catering & Guest Services Coordinator
Supervisor: Catering Ops and Guest Services Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly, Part- Time, Non- Exempt
The Essentials

• Take catering phone orders and Guest Services, inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Log all orders in salesforce or corresponding platform.
• Enter delivery requests in Nash.
• Create/Modify/Cancel orders in Toast.
• Upsell and close sales as needed.
• Create and send invoices.
• Take payment via phone or give step by step instructions to a guest over the phone for entering payment on an invoice.
• Manage multiple problems at once.
• Provide memorable experiences for every guest who contacts us as well as resolve problems in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required.
• Someone who has a knack for service - VIBE is in our DNA!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a positive attitude and ethics that support Roti's values and culture and be passionate about people development.
• Must have excellent communication and delegation skills to ensure the plan is delivered to the team in a clear and timely way.
• Possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Previous restaurant management experience is preferred (experience with high quality food or fast casual is a plus).
• The flexibility to be part of Roti events and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to sit (7-8 hours / day) or stand for (7-8 hours / day).
• Must be able to bend and reach overhead and possess dexterity for computer work in an office setting.
• Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 30 lbs.
