Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Run Daily & Weekly Reports (Change Log, Weekly Activity, Daily Activity, Signs)
• Answer Phones - Detailed messages and/or route calls appropriately
• Type correspondence to include but not limited to introduction letters, event agreements, banquet event orders, service agreements
• Type custom menus for group dinners
• Distribute group BEOs and Service Agreements
• Enter all house functions into Delphi
• Prepare all BEOs for House Functions
• Provide on-site support for House Events
• Maintain BEO Notebook
• Act of a liaison between Clients and Conference and Catering Department while groups are on-site
• Communicate to CSm and appropriate departments of any group requests and/or changes that occur on-site
• Coordinate all requirements for various accommodation groups

Job Requirements

• College degree in related field preferred and/or prior experience in Conference/Catering, event and wedding coordination.
• Must be proficient with computer and Delphi system and have excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as computer and phone skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of service agreements and banquet event orders and a general knowledge of hotel/resort operations and procedures.
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the many and varied details relating to the successful servicing of group meetings and functions at the resort.
• Valid Florida Driver's license required.

Schedule:

• Primarily Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, but can include some evenings/weekends/holidays.
