RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate all catering orders for +5 locations in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
• Conduct community outreach to attract prospective clients and foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day communication channels and ensure effective interaction with all involved parties (clients, store management, catering team, etc.)
• Responsible for sending and updating catering order calendar invites.
• Support event facilitation and post-event break down, including but not limited to creating catering event menus, place cards, and marketing pamphlets, as well as managing inventory and properly allocating all utilized equipment.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, proactively engaging in their needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in catering, event coordination and/or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic event settings.
• Proficiency in Gmail Suite.
• Proficiency in Spanish (preferred but not required).
