• Coordinate the efforts of the event operations team-engaging with the team in duties, ensuring standards and timelines are met to achieve event readiness   
• Provide support with staffing coordination for events and complete pre and post event walk-throughs 
• Assist with the creation of pull sheets, prep lists, and additional department collateral  
• Maintain equipment and inventory to include smallwares, linens, uniforms, and other items, following up on needs for repair, replacement, general upkeep including laundering of items
• Attend and contribute to weekly meetings within the department and with the building partners
• Serves as part of event day leadership - supervising event day operations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned 

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required  
• Previous event set up and execution experience required  
• Ability to read and follow event orders, pre-event checklists, inventory checklists, and other collateral  
• Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry  
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred  
• Available for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
