Cash Application Specialist (Hybrid Schedule)

Quest is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate Cash Applications Specialist position. DIRECT HIRE!!!!!

2 days in office a week –

Needs strong cash apps experience!!!

STRONG attention to detail and great communication/customer service skills; ability to do a little bit of research; good personality, go with the flow (working through accounts from 4 different companies)

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Post customer payments received in bank accounts to the billing system

• Manage merchant services including the retrieving of daily settlement reports, weekly reconciliation of credit card transactions, research/posting of exceptions and responding to chargebacks

• Solve missing payment queries received from customers

• Maintain intercompany accounts in the billing system

• Review end of day cash reports from retail stores and record on deposit schedule

• Primary back up for accounts payable role

Required Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficient use of Excel and other Microsoft Office products

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting position

• Experience with NetSuite

• Experience with SharePoint

Direct Hire

$50-55K w/ 5% bonus
