Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to individuals who have experienced domestic or sexual violence, including assessment, planning, coordination, and monitoring of services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and develop strategies for achieving them
- Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support services, such as workforce development programs, addiction counseling, Section 8 housing assistance, and behavioral health services
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and promote positive behavior change
- Monitor client progress and make appropriate referrals to other professionals or agencies as needed
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate care and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in case management or a related field
- Knowledge of community resources and services available to individuals in need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Crisis management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
