Form of workEvolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking Registered Nurse Discharge Planner (RN) for immediate openings in the Newport, OR area. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide 8-hour coverage for a minimum of 13 weeks. This is a 40/hour per week position 0800-1630 with rotating weekends.

When visiting Newport, Oregon, do not miss seeing the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It is a historical site that once led boats to safety. Guests will love exploring the lighthouse as they can climb to its top and see the beautiful scenery of nature and the cityscape from up above.
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission. BSN preferred.
- Three (3) years RN experience required.
- Healthcare Provider Level American Heart Association BLS required upon submission.
- Three (3) years hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Acute care utilization review, discharge planning or case management experience preferred.
- Utilization Review or other inpatient Case Management certification preferred.
- Experience or training in insurance benefits or covered services including Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
Pay Range:
- Compensation is negotiable
- Compensation may include nontaxable allowance for greater than 50-mile commute
- Nontaxable allowance paid up to 7 days/week
- Compensation paid weekly
