Job Description
The Care Experience Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Caregivers and the daily care activities within their assigned territory, focused on ensuring optimum experience of clients and providing outstanding, compassionate, in-home care services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring optimum client experience within given territory
- Caregiver supervision including growth and requirements, as well as support with onboarding, training, and performance
- Supervision and confirmation of all scheduling activities, including occasional access during off hours and weekends as needed
- Personal fulfillment of caregiving as needed
- Direct Link sales, installation, and maintenance
- Growth of clients and hours in given territory
- Relationship management with Case Managers in territory
- Work with Client Experience Specialist to coordinate ideal clientCaregiver placement
- 1-3 years experience in the home care industry, preferably including experience in one or all of care giving, customer service, or scheduling
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within territory, up to 75% of time
- Technically savvy, including proficiency in use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and common computer software such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and scheduling systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Basic medical industry or terminology understanding a plus
