The candidate should also have 2 or more years of verifiable management experience in the home healthcare industry. Experience with private-pay clientele in the industry is preferred.
Candidate must be able to successfully pass an extensive lifetime criminal background check and be willing to travel to all parts of Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

As a Care Supervisor at King's Grace Homecare, you will hold a critical role in providing comprehensive care and support to our clients. Reporting to the administrator, your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, training caregivers
on client-specific needs, developing personalized care plans, conducting routine home and client monitoring, and utilizing technology for communication, documentation, and timekeeping purposes. This position requires self-motivation, the ability to work remotely, and proficiency in technology.
Objectives:

- Train and educate caregivers on the unique needs of each client
- Develop personalized care plans for each new client
- Conduct routine home and client monitoring
- Utilize technology for effective communication, documentation, and timekeeping
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of New Clients:
- Recruit new clients by identifying and reaching out to referral
- Perform initial in-take assessments to understand the care requirements of new clients.
- Coordinate with clients and their families to gather relevant medical history, preferences, and expectations.
- Facilitate completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for new
- Provide orientation to new clients and their families regarding services offered by King's Grace Homecare.
- Supervise and support caregivers:
- Train new caregivers on the specific needs and routines of each
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers in delivering high-quality
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of caregivers and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and organize educational sessions for
- Personalized Care Planning:
- Develop individualized care plans based on client assessments, medical conditions, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to establish and update care goals
- Regularly review and adjust care plans to meet changing client needs
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Routine Home and Client Monitoring:
- Conduct routine home visits and client assessments to ensure quality of
- Monitor clients' health, safety, and well-being, promptly addressing any
- Assess and implement necessary changes to care plans as
- House Manager Duties:
- Oversee household operations, including scheduling, coordinating appointments, and managing supplies.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication among caregivers, clients, and the administrative team.
- Monitor and approve caregiver’s schedules and clock ins/outs.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for
- Serve as a point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries or
- Utilize Technology:
- Effectively utilize technology for communication, documentation, and timekeeping purposes.
- Use electronic systems to communicate with clients, caregivers, and the administrative team.
- Document client information accurately and maintain up-to-date
- Clock in and out using the designated technology
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in homecare, healthcare, or social service Other qualifications will be considered as an alternative.
- High School diploma or equivalent (required),
- Must have a valid driver’s license,
- Must have reliable transportation with
- CPR Certification
- Must pass an annual TB
- Certification in HHA/CNA
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of elder care, including experience working with individuals with various medical conditions.
