The Customer Care team is looking for a motivated person to lead and monitor the quality and quantity of work performed by the Customer Care team, ensuring that his/her team accomplishes their assigned goals and tasks. He/she will be involved in the same hands-on work as the other members of the team. He/she are often involved in investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding all aspects of pharmacy services. Communicates all updates and issues to the Customer Care Team. He/she will conduct team meetings and promote an environment of employee engagement.
