The role of the Clinical Supervisor is to provide therapy and to provide clinical supervision and oversight for master level students. The person in this role is directly responsible for shaping the future generations of clinicians, and should therefore be clinically sound and current, able to train in best practice methods, understand the varieties of clinical methodologies, while maintaining precision in work, efficiency, flow of processes, and flexibility as Care to Change grows. The Student Program Manager primary role is to recruit and maintain professionals that represent a broad depth of talent, experience and create operating strategies that emphasize a low reliance on leadership. Developing motivated, capable team members who are committed to our mission while operating with high rates of student satisfaction and loyalty evident in low turn over rates, and high conversion rates. And, developing a program that becomes and stays #1 student program of choice in the field of counseling and mental health. The Student Program Manager will be required to have a caseload as well at 50% of his/her time.

The Licensed Therapist position is twofold: 1.) To provide quality, life changing services for clients of Care To Change using evidence-based models of care, and 2.) To develop new partnerships in the region in accordance with the marketing plan. This position is expected to uphold the vision, mission, and guiding principles of Care to Change.
