NJ Leaf is a premier cannabis dispensary located in the heart of Freehold, New Jersey, dedicated to serving both our medical patients and adult-use customers with care, compassion, and top-quality cannabis products.
Role:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Cannabis Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing on our Social Media platforms and creating marketing strategies to enhance our presence and brand visibility. You will play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with our customers, and driving business growth. This role is a hybrid format, allowing for remote work for tasks like graphic design and planning, with in-person presence required during pop-ups, store events, or to capture content for Social Media.
Responsibilities:
Take content in the store and create engaging and appealing content, including graphics or videos.
Create content for promotions, events, popups, vendor coordination for store events, Social Media posting daily.
Overseeing company's interactions with online audience.
Constant weekly pop-ups with suppliers or other brands.
Preparing daily, original content to post across all platforms.
Answering questions, and responding to inquiries.
Planning and developing Social Media campaigns, giveaways and other events.
Setting the strategy for upcoming product launches.
Staying up to date with Social Media trends.
Analyzing engagement data across platforms.
Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to develop additional data reporting for enhanced decision-making.
Prepare and present marketing activity reports to executive management.
Work with internal teams to create the dispensary image and organize sponsored events.
Requirement
Must have cannabis Social Media management experience.
Willingness to learn about our products and accurately inform our audience.
Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and Social Media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Provide link to Social Media account(s) that you have previously managed.
*Bonus if you have a background in graphic design, photography or videography*
*Your role may include additional tasks and responsibilities as guided by the store manager*
*This is a contract position to start with, with the potential for more responsibilities and growth within the store.

Pay: $200.00 - $1,000.00 per month
