Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week
This position reports to: Campus Pastor & Executive Administrative Assistant
The mission: Seacoast Church goes all out in our mission to help others Find God, Grow your Faith, Discover your Purpose, and Make a Difference. The Campus Administrative Assistant should have a passion to serve others along with a desire to help others connect on a deeper level and a desire to enhance the weekend experience for Seacoasters.
- Heart to Serve:
- Be proactive and available to support the Campus Pastor and Seacoast Team in achieving goals and mission of the church
- Email, phone, calendar, logistics support is needed, along with other requests as needed
- Assist Campus Pastor in caring for Congregation, may include coffee or lunch meetings, birthday cards, hospital visits, funerals, and weddings.
- Go-To for Weekend Support: (8 hours)
- Prepare opportunities guide, Sunday Service announcement slides, and tithe envelopes
- Stock hospitality items including Coffee supplies and/or snacks provided to congregation
- Dream Team scheduling (volunteers), set up/tear down, walk grounds & facilities
- Prepare for Response Time: Bread and grape juice, Stock paper for Crosses, and light two candles
- Weekend Wrap up: Gather prayers from crosses, collect tithe, record attendance, update information in Ministry Platform
- Other Administrative Duties
- Process weekly tithes using Donation Batch Tool, Remit Plus, and Ministry Platform. Turn in Offering Report & enter into Church Trending
- Monitor budget on a regular basis and enter accounts payable using Martus and Intacct.
- Reconcile credit card purchases with Nexonia
- Submit campus part time employee hours to payroll biweekly
- Facilitate all special events at your campus, including but not limited to: Mission Trip planning, Baptism, Inside Track, First Wednesday, Mother and Fathers Day Gifts, Volunteer Appreciation Party, special events for Easter or Christmas
- Effective Communicator: Will be leading charge in updating campus events on Seacoast website, providing the small group update, creating the campus newsletter, maintain campus social media sites, respond to Plan a Visit campus request from website

- Must be available for Weekend Services Sunday Mornings, and may include requirements Saturday & Sunday Nights, and sometimes Wednesday nights
- Capable of learning and adapting to new systems and software platforms as needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and provide information in a timely and effective manner
- Must exercise absolute trustworthiness
- Spiritually Healthy. Attend an entire service weekly, lead/participate in a small group, and take a Sabbath day every week (recommended Friday).
