- Take calls to assist our dealer network with repairs, installations, design upgrades, recalls, and options.
Assisting maintenance technicians, and others with understanding, and completing repairs of warranty & non-warranty issues related to stated above machines.
- Calling to customers who recently get serviced from dealer to feedback survey and check the level of satisfaction
- Managing outsourcing Call center (i.e : AnswerConnect) who will get the call off-operating hour and take care of inquiries registered thru outsourcing Call Center.
- Operating & Processing Service Tickets registered thru e-mail or system from dealers/customers.
- Scan the web for sites that discuss company products, and assist when you can, to give support that had previously fallen through the crack.
- Monitor our Answer Connect (Email Service) system to assist customers who may need some technical
- Create documentation with ongoing issues, or technical reference documentation that will assist our dealer network/internal technicians in the future.
- Alongside our dealer network, assisting our internal service engineers though obstacles in the field such as drawings, manuals, questions, and etc.
- Bachelor"s or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company
- Previous experience as a Call Center representative.
- Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines
