Call Center Representative

Bergsen Metals is seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our Call Center team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Offer product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and comprehensively.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
