This role offers a range of responsibilities: creating patient records, assisting with scheduling appointments and billing, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring patients have a great experience.

Job Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence promptly and professionally, resolving issues and answering questions effectively.
- Create patient charts and update patient demographics when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling; verify times with patients; prepare charts, pre-admission, and consent forms.
- Triage phone requests to other departments as needed.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical or insurance industry
- 2+ years of recent Call Center experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $18.00/hr. based upon experience
