Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding products, services, or inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll also be expected to maintain detailed records of interactions and follow communication procedures, scripts, and guidelines.
Compensation:
$42,500 - $49,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the designated CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded for future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution, following established escalation procedures.
- Adhere to Call Center scripts, guidelines, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other Call Center technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
