Essential Job Duties:

As a vital member of our team, you’ll:

• Engage with borrowers through inbound and outbound calls and chats, offering a friendly and professional touch with every interaction.
• Empower borrowers by advising on repayment plans, deferments, and forbearance options, processing payments, and promptly updating accounts.
• Quickly navigate systems to find information, aiming to reduce hold times and enhance the customer experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of privacy and security for borrower information.
• Enjoy a structured workday with an 8-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
• Commit to providing consistent, focused, and excellent customer service for the entire duration of the 8-hour shift.

Qualifications/Additional Requirements:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for some college or a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment.
• Must be able to secure a Federal 5C Security Clearance and pass a credit check.
• Residency in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Stellar organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in multitasking, especially typing while talking.
• A distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet (10 mg capacity) and an ethernet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
