Call Center Representative

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

```Duties:```
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist callers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the system
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
- Provide assistance in resolving customer complaints or issues
- Follow Call Center scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role required
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) is required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
