About the Role: As a Call Center Representative at Style Netbox, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about our products and services, including pricing, features, and promotions.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or Call Center environment preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
