We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient assistance with their queries and concerns. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their questions and concerns
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department
- Research and resolve any customer discrepancies or billing inquiries
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through excellent listening and communication skills
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Call Center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software applications
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and diffusing difficult situations
