Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient assistance with their queries and concerns. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their questions and concerns
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department
• Research and resolve any customer discrepancies or billing inquiries
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through excellent listening and communication skills
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Call Center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software applications
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and diffusing difficult situations
