A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Outbound Customer Service Reps to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems.
- Making Outbound Calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
- Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line
- 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or Call Center experience required
- Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
- Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
