We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to assist customers in finding correct products, process orders, and effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research the issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond to provide satisfaction
- Leave notes highlighting key points of all conversations in our Call Center database in a comprehensible way
- Help to meet personal and team target goals
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus but not necessary
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
