We are seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, making outbound calls and scheduling appointments for our field team. The ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule client appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
- Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and update records as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
