We are a Wholesale Bakery located in Sterling Virginia.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent Customer Service, and performing various administrative tasks. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy assisting customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or prospects
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding call handling and customer interactions
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and understand Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and very active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.\
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, stand, bend, lift up to 10lbs
- Work one Saturday per month.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
