Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specializing in Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date regulatory data. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and efficiently entering data into the RIMS database.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from internal stakeholders and external parties regarding regulatory inquiries.
Input regulatory data into the Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) accurately and efficiently.
Update and maintain existing records in the database as needed, including regulatory submissions, approvals, and documentation.
Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor during interactions with callers, fostering positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient Data Entry skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.70 - $26.90 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
