MW Partners is currently seeking a Call Center - Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound to work for our client who is a leading global insurance company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- The work is customer facing and involves extended sitting as well as ability to understand and use basic computer programs and applications (Microsoft Office) essential to perform this role.
- Handles incoming calls and places outbound calls regarding account payment status and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 1 years of experience in Customer Service or related field.
- Ability to use Computers and programs like MS Word, Excel, Online Meeting and Chat applications etc.
