The Role - What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in recruitment efforts for the Inside Sales Center
- Assist with training new hires
- Live coaching and training in the moment
- Maintaining high capacity on appointments calendar
- Territory maintenance through forecasting the calendar
- Actively train and develop new leaders within the ISC
- Coordinate training programs with the coaches for low performers within the ISC
- Accurately complete necessary admin duties i.e, payroll, attendance tracking/time off requests
- Routinely update all necessary functions within ISC software Enabled Plus
- Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers
- Participate in any department initiatives / projects as directed by the Call Center manager and / or director

What You’ll Bring – The Person
- Previous Call Center experience
- 2-years of Call Center / customer service supervisor experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Inside Sales experience
- Effective problem solving skills
- Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
- Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent training and coaching skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- This is a non-remote position - must be able to work in the office
