We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries or to provide information
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
