- Participating in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary.
- Providing project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan).
- Reviewing status of system applications and prepares recommendations for system improvements.
- Evaluating business requirements to identify gaps, interdependencies and reconcile conflicts with proposed solutions.
- Training and providing technical & functional guidance to other team members; directs the work of peers on assigned projects and/or issues.
- Supporting and aligning efforts to meet business needs; work with the business closely to prioritize and manage users’ expectations by keeping them up to date on change results.
- Collaborating cross-functional with ability to build solid relationships with the Business teams and their stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Assisting the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new CRM systems and modules.
- Working with onsite/offshore technical team to ensure high quality business outcomes are delivered.
- Acting as the liaison between stakeholders and technology team, communicating effectively with each group.
- Troubleshooting production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level experience in one or more of the following areas is required:
- CRM
- Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ’s)
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc)
- 2+ years of working experiences with CRM solution;
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) will be a big plus.
- 2+ years of working experiences with Analytics & Reporting Tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge in CRM -related functional modules:
- Lead management, Opportunity management, Quoting, Renewals, Amendments, Forecasting, Billing
- Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining business requirements, and creating detailed system/functional design documents.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization; ability to effectively communicate technical issues at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to toggle between projects and must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills.
