Job Description:
The Lead Business Systems Analyst leads a team of Business Systems Analysts who develop business and functional work products to support the Pricing and other related projects. This position provides leadership in the development of BSA work products, standards and process improvements, and defect resolution. The Lead Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise. This position assists junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Business Process Analysis and Structured Systems Analysis
Knowledge of Agile Business Analysis, SAFe methodology, Business Process Modeling, Data Mapping, MS Vision and Workflow Analysis
Familiarity with Leadership skills and Process Analysis
Pricing and Billing knowledge is preferable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
