The Program has been created to:
1. Govern and build change capability that will improve and enhance our Client Lifecycle from On-boarding, KYC and Client Reviews through to Off-boarding.
2. Focus on Regulatory and Operational Risk remediation
Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial institution within a Change / Delivery role. The candidate should:
Have an awareness of the Client onboarding process / KYC / Reviews
Preferred candidate would have experience of process re-engineering
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, being able to tailor their communications to the audience
Show drive and commitment
Be able to write a Business Requirements Document and review / critique junior team members work product
Be able to articulate processes as flow diagrams
Be able to elicit information easily
Be able to describe a F2B trade flow for a specific product
Be able to lead a team / mentor Junior members of the team
Be proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
