Salary ranges - starting base salary will be $31,200 - $36,400 (based on location) with an all-in target of base + commission at $63,481. Our commission program offers substantial earning potential beyond targeted goals, with top performers reaching up to $8,900 per month!

Role Overview: As a Business Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Comcast's diverse range of products and services to businesses in your footprint. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional value to customers while embodying professionalism, positivity, and outstanding service.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of B2B and/or Inside sales experience required, with preference given to candidates with mobile sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
• Home office setup meeting specified requirements

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with business clients through consultative selling and proactive account management via phone communication
• Drive sales performance by making outbound calls to meet established quotas
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, activity reports, and sales forecasts
• Create tailored proposals for clients, identifying new sales opportunities
• Nurture ongoing customer relationships through regular phone contact
• Promote sales growth and client retention by introducing Comcast Business products and services
• Collaborate with clients to enhance retention strategies
• Adhere to performance metrics in a closely monitored environment, including call monitoring and productivity benchmarks
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality while working from home
