POSITION SUMMARY
To assist people with disabilities gain and maintain employment. Apply your talents in networking to build strong relationships and secure employment positions for our participants. You would initiate and maintain contacts with a variety of businesses and industries in order to match the participant to the most appropriate job.

While we have an office located in Milford, this position will workbetween home (for paperwork/phone call duties), our office, and various job sites in the community throughout all of Kent County completing the job duties.

• Daytime hours Monday-Friday for a highmajority of the duties.Someevenings and weekends are required for job fairs, networking events, and to assist your caseload if they are scheduled to start their new position then.

Experience/Education: 1 plus years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred but not required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

Computer Skills: Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.

Requirements: Possess valid driver's license, automobile insurance and access to an automobile. Internet access at home. Able to pass all required background and drug screen checks.
