Business Office Manager (Snf)

Aurora Valley Care in Spokane Valley, WA is now hiring an experienced Business Office Manager! Come join our amazing team!
Pay Range: $28 DOE

What you will do:

• Works alongside the Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary Admissions paperwork
• Coordinates Medicaid paperwork with residents
• Coordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCC
• AR and Collections tasks
• Manage Resident Trust account
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc)

Must have:

• Long term care experience preferred, particularly in an Accounts Receivable, admissions support or Business Office setting
• Previous experience in billing various medical insurances REQUIRED
• Knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare Processes REQUIRED
• Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
• Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff
• Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents
