We're seeking down-to-earth and hard-working Business Development Reps to join our merry team. Cold Calling is Necessary so if that scares you, this isn't the job for you. This role is great for people who appreciate work-life balance and enjoy creating conversations in the time they spend working. Your support team will include content writers and prospecting data specialists so you will not have to email or source your own leads. If you are resilient, team-oriented, and capable of building relationships with potential clients, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation and Hours:
$20 / hour base salary + performance-based commission
25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume sales outreach via phone.
- Respond to incoming messages and calls.
- Schedule qualified meetings.
- Develop and nurture slow-moving prospects.
- Strive for and exceed sales targets.
- Support values of integrity, performance and treating each other like adult humans.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You've got experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- You've got top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
- Rejection? Pfft. You've got skin as thick as a rhino and the positivity of a motivational speaker.
Bonus Points:
- If you have experience using Salesloft.
- If you have experience in B2B Lead Generation.
