Business Development Representative

The hours range from 8:30-5:30, M-F and starting pay is based on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth. Industry and job specific, paid, training provided.

Position: Business Development Representative

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly voice of Accumera, providing exceptional phone support and assistance to our valued current and prospective clients.

Handle email correspondence, providing quotes explanations of processes with precision and professionalism.

Help prepare flyers and materials for trade shows and other client visits.

Conduct research functions to support client needs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, seizing every opportunity to assist existing and potential clients.

Engage clients in meaningful discussions about our products and services, finding the perfect fit for their needs.

Support the Accumera team with legal publication process and any additional tasks that may arise.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.

High School Diploma or GED / Associate Degree or Higher preferred.

Preferred experience in call center operations, inbound or outbound

Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication

Organizational prowess and a keen ability to take direction.

Polished phone skills and etiquette

Ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail.

Ability to adapt and overcome challenges that may arise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel)

Knowledge of QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat applications is a plus.
