BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Home Depot

Fiskars, a global trailblazer in consumer goods, invites you to step into the role of Business Development Manager, focused exclusively on our dynamic partnership with The Home Depot. This position is based out of Kennesaw, Georgia and is hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. The role reports to the Senior Sales Director, Home Channel. Travel requirements are 10-15%.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forge Dynamic Partnerships:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at The Home Depot.
  • Understand and tackle customer challenges, priorities, and needs.
  • Identify decision-makers to elevate collaboration and drive successful outcomes.

Execute Brilliant Sales Strategies:
  • Spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies within The Home Depot.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Strategic Sales Leads for optimal business results.

Uncover New Sales Horizons:
  • Propel Fiskars' presence in underpenetrated categories at The Home Depot.
  • Craft and implement strategies for heightened visibility during crucial promotional periods.

Masterful Sales Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Dive deep into sales data for precise forecasting.
  • Ensure operational efficiency to deliver impeccable service at The Home Depot.

Collaborate for Collective Success
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & NPD, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Attend sales shows to bolster Fiskars' market leadership at The Home Depot.

WHO YOU ARE
Experience & knowledge:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive selling experience in CPG with major retail accounts.
Skills: Interpersonal Communication, Customer Focus, Planning Skills, Analytical Reasoning, Business Acumen.
Language skills: English as a daily working language.
