Business Development Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is instrumental in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, forging partnerships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our business. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales and international exposure are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products and services to market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve Business Development targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports on Business Development activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development, with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• International exposure is a definite plus.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving Business Development goals.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
