Job Description:
We seek a talented and dynamic professional to fill our Business Development Liaison position. We are searching for a candidate who is outgoing, experienced, and team-oriented. You will be valued for your ideas, Business Development efforts, and ability to generate new patient referrals. We strive to have a positive impact on our team members to help our company grow.
Qualifications:
Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a positive professional business image.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and occasional weekends to attend functions and events.
Previous experience in Business Development, sales, marketing, outreach or related role, strong communication, presentation, and relationship building.
Must be local to the Columbus, OH area
Responsibilities:
Identify referrals and manage newly generated lead sources.
Regularly meet and inform the management team, clinical team, and service team of new therapy referrals.
Educate referral sources (healthcare personnel) about our therapy services.
Attend networking events representing our agency and arrange presentations.
Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare delivery team who are focused on patient-centered care and your success in your organizational role.
Track networking efforts and review with staff coordinators regularly.
Make calls on referral sources, manage relationships, and obtain therapy referrals.
Identify opportunities and create informal and formal and contractual relationships with physicians and facilities/organizations and work in conjunction with clinical and operational teams to ensure that the therapy care continues to grow over time.
Conducts marketing activities including collaboration with management in establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
