Job Description
We are looking to hire a Business Development Director to help us connect and impact large organizations. This is a senior seller position for the North American market. A successful seller at our company is someone who has the professional ability to work across teams, and communicate effectively with individual contributors up to c-suite leaders. If you thrive in a high pace sales environment then this position is for you. As a team, you will work closely with SVP of Global Sales, VP of Client Success and the CMO to unlock new business opportunities.

- We are based in San Francisco, California but have employees all over including overseas in Europe.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base Pay: $125,000 - $150,000
- OTE: $300,000
- Responsible PTO Policy (We’re adults and we treat you as so)

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- You are a top performer, and a personable yet persuasive seller.
- You enjoy building, not maintaining accounts.
- You are motivated by the thrill of the “hunt”.
- You are not afraid to partner with c-level executives and decision makers.
- You have earned your “seat at the table” within the digital learning space/domain (necessary)
- You are vertical agnostic and believe variety is the spice of life.
- You are trained and experienced within the Challenger Sales Method.
- You can keep HubSpot up to date, and don’t complain about using data to drive activity.
- You can build a pipeline, not an underground tunnel that leads to nowhere land.
- You have a successful track record of attaining quota that you can speak of over the most recent sales positions.
