What does this job look like?

This is a unique opportunity to support both the sales team and the business team – this role is structured to spend around 1 year in each department – learning and assisting as much as possible. At the end of the 2 years we can assess where you best fit for us long term! This position will be exposed to various areas of the business but most interaction will be in the sales/marketing side.



Responsibilities:

• Act as a support role between the customer and the salesperson
• Assit with in bound phone/internet leads
• Help manage projects in the pipeline – both with customers and internal team members
• Assist in market research
• Develop marketing material in collaboration with external marketing agency
• Analysis of digital media marketing
• Compile and report on monthly sales numbers
• Data entry in ERP system
• Aid sales team in shipping samples
• Adhoc analysis
• Support Sales and Finance dept with other administration tasks



What does it take?

• HS diploma or GED
• 1-2 years in an office support role
• Fast learner
