- Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed test cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of system functionality and requirements.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and track issues to resolution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to provide input on quality-related aspects of the project.
- Maintain and update documentation related to test cases, test results, and QA processes
- Provide support and training to end users and stakeholders on Quality Assurance processes and best practices.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align development efforts with overall business objectives.

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Experience with QA tools and technologies such as Jira, shortcut, or similar tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Certifications in business analysis or Quality Assurance are a plus.

- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
