Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions to organizational challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights contributing to overall business objectives.
- Assist with the development and monitoring of key performance metrics for business units.
- Project and other work may be assigned based on the business needs of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, data analytics or related field and 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to collect and organize data is preferred.
- Capable of working independently with general supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Natural curiosity.
